After completing the Ordering Form & Letter to St Nick with Wish List please send them in with a description of your contribution to a non-profit that deals with food for those without adequate food supplies. Within two days you will receive confirmation of your order which may include requests for clarification of details. It may also include a request for permission to call for clarification. We don’t want any mistakes sent that would confuse or upset your child. 

Once all information is confirmed, a customized Live Online Session with St Nick will be scheduled & confirmed within 48 hours. You will be notified by email confirming the date & time frame of the session along with a link & password to access your ZOOM session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:  If you need to cancel a session, we ask that you do so within 48 hours of confirmation being sent. That gives you the best chance to reschedule successfully. Beyond 48 hours, sessions may be rescheduled but the chances of finding an open time is reduced.
