Large Group Video Call with Santa

– 20 to 30 minute live video call with Santa Claus

– Christmas Eve sessions (9 am – 6 pm) will be subject to an additional $25 fee.

– Access & complete the Ordering Form 

– Access & complete the Letter to St Nick with Wish List

– Access the Christmas Activities to print out coloring sheets for fun time together as a family.

After completing the Ordering Form, Letter to St Nick with Wish List & Naughty & Nice Report please send them in with your PayPal payment. Within two days hours you will receive confirmation of your order which may include requests for clarification of details. It may also include a request for permission to call for clarification. We don’t want any mistakes sent that would confuse or upset your child. 

Once payment & order information is confirmed, a customized Live Online Session with St Nick will be scheduled & confirmed within 48 hours. You & all participants will be notified by email confirming the date & time frame of the session along with a link & password to access your ZOOM session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:  Sessions can be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation being sent for a full refund. Beyond 48 hours, sessions may be rescheduled if the new time desired is available. If a time cannot be worked out, the session can be cancelled & may be eligible for a partial refund. Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled time will be eligible for a 50% refund. Sessions cancelled less than 7 days before a scheduled session will be eligible for a 25% refund. Sessions cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled session time will not be eligible for a refund. Any sessions scheduled and confirmed for 12/24/2020 will not be eligible for a refund of any kind unless cancelled before 12/18/2020.
